The water depth is approximately 240 m (relative to the mean sea level). The development plan comprises of one new-built WHP with drilling rig tied into a new-built FPSO via a 10 inch subsea pipeline. The new-built FPSO is of 112,000 DWT with production, storage and offloading functions, and has the process facilities, waste water treatment, utility facilities, 80 bed living quarter, power station, etc. The FPSO will process the fluid from WHP to produce the in-spec oil and discharge the in-spec produced water overboard after being treated. FPSO power station supplies power to the WHP through 2.9km subsea cable. FPSO is moored by an internal-turret single point mooring system. Communication between FPSO and WHP will be realized by optical fiber cores integrated in submarine power cable. The overall field plot plan is shown in the Figure 1.1.
