新校区实验室装修改造工程全过程咨询服务项目（项目编号：SZTUFW2021013）招标文件现作如下变更：

1.招标文件第一章招标公告中第5项投标人资格要求“（3）本项目不接受联合体投标，不允许分包，不接受投标人选用进口产品参与投标。”变更为“（3）本项目接受联合体投标，不允许分包，不接受投标人选用进口产品参与投标。”

2.招标文件第二章项目专用资料中（一）评标标准“3.项目重点难点分析、应对措施及相关的合理化建议中考察内容：投标人对洁净实验室项目管理重点难点的理解程度、是否提出合理化建议。”变更为“3.项目重点难点分析、应对措施及相关的合理化建议中考察内容：投标人对实验室装修项目管理重点难点的理解程度、是否提出合理化建议。”

变更后内容详见本公告附件的招标文件（变更），请各投标人按照本公告附件变更后招标文件制作投标文件。
