3.本项目的特定资格要求：

合同包1(陕西科技大学2022级新生校服（军训服）采购项目)特定资格要求如下:

1、具有独立承担民事责任能力的法人、其他组织或自然人，提供合法有效的统一社会信用代码营业执照（事业单位提供事业单位法人证书，自然人应提供身份证）；

2、法定代表人授权委托书、被授权人身份证（法定代表人参加投标时,须提供法定代表人身份证明及身份证原件）；？

3、社会保障资金缴纳证明：提供已缴存的本年度或上年度任一月份的社会保障资金缴存单据或社保机构开具的社会保险参保缴费情况证明，单据或证明上应有社保机构或代收机构的公章。依法不需要缴纳社会保障资金的供应商应提供相关文件证明；？
